Do you mean Polls or Advanced Polls?
I'm pretty sure of having seen it working, and in fact, the advanced Polls module do it very good.

I have seen an error with standar Pools and Search modules, it will be fixed in next version

I get a 404 message, using the files for PN 7.2.*
The addresses shortens but doesn't find the articles. Are there any support threads on such a general issue?

Probably your server doesn't support .htaccess files

do you get 404 only for articles ? remember you need .htaccess file in your root and your server must have mod_rewrite enabled.

a problem with this (unless it's only on my site), is that if the .htaccess is located in the root folder, then it affects all the other folders in a weird way. for example, I have a subdomain like http://kyu.entelite.com, it's seperate from the postnuke site located in the root, so I upload an index.html file into kyu, but when you go to it, it doesn't work, a 404 error comes up. however, when you change the .html to .php, it works, so what's wrong?

I'm using PostCalendar v4.0.2 and ShortUrls 2.0c and the above fixes look like they were already inlcuded in the 2.0c version, but I have the same problem as Teddy and others.
But there is also another problem which I noticted on few other site with ShortUrls and PostCalendar. El_curvo - In looking at your site you have the same problem and it's not fixed.
When you are on the Daily, Weekly, or Monthly view and hit one of the arrows it reverts back to that day's day or week or month without advancing or going back.
My temp solution was to just comment out all the PostCalendar $in functions in functions.php. That turned of Short Urls for my calendar. However, I'd like to tunr them back on and get the working correctly.
How can this be fixed?

I downloaded dp-Mod[ShortUrls_2.0c] as i remember right PostNuke 0.7.5.0 wasn't final by that time...
Any updates/modifications needed to use dp-Mod[ShortUrls_2.0c] on the final release? (i noticed differences in filesizes in a few core files from RC3 and the Postnuke Gold release)

nevermind...allready coded it myself
I use your ShortUrl module on Windows Server 2003 with a IsapiRewrite filter (http://www.isapirewrite.com) which is similiar to Apache mod-rewrite
Also i changed the functions.php in your mod to use the extension *.phtml (just becuause i like it better  )

i ma using pixel-rave a theme and tried ti implement short urls or sef and did not work. The website is hosted by 1and1.com on an apache webserver with mod_rewrite avaible.
do i need to change the theme?
